- Only accept money orders from parents/players made payable to ‘American Youth Soccer Organization’
- The player’s name shall be written on the memo line
- If you must collect cash:
- use a lockable cash box
- always have a second person present
- always provide the parent with a written receipt, use a receipt book
- deposit cash in the bank, the same day if possible or within 24 hours
- ensure the cash is kept in a secure location while awaiting transport to the bank
- Use the cash tally sheet to count the cash box at the end of the day.
