What is an Accounting Code in PlayMetrics

An accounting code is a unique identification code that allows a club to classify and track their financial activity.

PlayMetrics allows you to associate accounting codes to a variety of areas. When you export financial activity, you can see the accounting codes associated with payments, and map those codes to your QuickBooks Categories (NAP Codes)

  • 4005 Registration Fees - Division Fee for registration
  • 4310 Sponsors/Contributions/Donations - Optional Donations from families and caregivers
  • 5703 National Player Fee - Playmetrics - National Player Fee
  • 5706 Volunteer Membership Program & Screening - Optional donation to offset Background screening costs
