Creating a New Program - EPIC
To access your Sport Connect Administrator Account, you must log into your Regions Sports Connect account using your unique set of credentials as an Administrator.
Set Up
To set up your Program hover over “Registration”, then select “Registration Form”.
Click on “Add Program”.
Select “One-Step Registration Process”.
Select Program Setting: Soccer and click on “Save & Continue”.
Basic Program Information
Program Name - Example: “EPIC Program 20XX-20XX”
National Affiliation - Select AYSO from the drop-down menu:
Section - Select Corresponding Section from the drop-down menu:
Area - Select Corresponding Area from the drop-down menu:
Season - Select MY from the drop-down menu:
Payment of National Player Fees
Play Level – You have two options:
EPIC - Player Pays NPF
In this program, the NPF will be added to your Registration Fee at check out, like all other Core Programs.
EPIC - Region Pays NPF
In this program, the NPF will NOT be added to your Registration Fee at check out. In this scenario, depending on whether you have elected to pass the shopping cart fee through to the players or absorb it into the Registration Fee, each player could potentially pay $0.00 or just the shopping cart fee at check out.
The Region will be Invoiced
The Office will invoice the Region for each player registered in EPIC - Region Pays NPF. The invoice will come from Bill.com and can be paid electronically using the link provided.
Other Information
Type in helpful information about this program under “Program Description”, then click “Save & Continue”.
Divisions have automatically been populated. You may add/remove the divisions that your Region is offering by clicking on the pencil or archive icon. Click “Save & Continue” to move to the next steps.
9. Review Registration and “Add Questions” as needed, then click “Save & Continue”.
Review Registration and “Add Questions” as needed, then click “Save & Continue”.
Setup Discounts and Fees and “Add Custom Discount/Fees” as needed, then click “Save & Continue”.
Review Team Staff and “Add Team Staff Position” as needed, then click “Save & Continue”.
Important: For each position, click on the pencil icon, scroll to the section, “Proof of Identification”. For Social Security Number, toggle from “Required” to “Unrequired”. Your screen should look like this:
Then click “Save”.
Add your own Confirmation Notes. (Optional)
Click on “Save & Finish.
