Verify Certifications in the Association Platform

To verify certifications, please log in to the Association Platform.  

Once you log in, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Click on Player/Admins and select Admin Lookup.
   
2. You can search for volunteers by Admin ID, Name, or email address. If searching by name, make sure to add a coma between last and first name.
   
3. Once you have searched for the volunteer and their name displays, click on their name.
4. On the left-hand side you will see the certifications listed.
   
5. Check the box next to the certification and click Save.
   

You are done. The certification is now verified.
