Difference between revisions of "Verify Certifications in the Association Platform"

As part of the Region's board, you likely have admin access to the Association Platform for your Region.

You are able to verify a volunteer's certificate through the Association Platform.

Please log in to the Association Platform. Once you log in, please follow the steps listed below:

Click on 'Player/Admins' and select 'Admin Lookup'.
You can search for volunteers by Admin ID, Name, or email address. If searching by name, make sure to add a comma between last and first name.
Once you have searched for the volunteer and their name is displayed, click on their name.
On the left-hand side, you will see the certifications listed.
Check the box next to the certification and click 'Save'.

You are done. The certification is now verified.
