QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the number one small business accounting platform. Additional, several AYSO Regions use QuickBooks and were able to attest to the functionality for AYSO operations. QuickBooks Online offers all of the functionality of Zipbooks, with a similar interface, and additional features NOT offered by Zipbooks like check printing.

Qvinci

Qvinci is a third-party platform that consolidates individual QuickBooks accounts for territory (Section and Area) and Organizational visibility and reporting. Qvinci is an authorized reseller and support center for QBO. AYSO has partnered with Qvinci to provide QBO licenses, training and support.

Onboarding

Schedule Onboarding appointment for a new QBO license or to connect an existing QuickBooks license with Qvinci using the scheduling link below

Appointments are schedule for 15 minutes and generally last 7-10 minutes
Call is to determine:
- Primary User (inputs transactions) and Accountant (reviews transactions)
- Data migration, if any

You will either obtain QBO login credentials for a new license or be connected for an existing license.

Training

Once you have gained access to your QuickBooks Online instance we recommend you complete AYSO QuickBooks Online QuickStart training in AYSOU. If possible follow the step by step instructional video on a separate screen so that you can implement each step as outlined.

Cost of QuickBooks Online

The annual cost of QuickBooks Online is $30/month and is currently covered by the Office. If your Region pays for its own QuickBooks Online license, the Office will reimburse the Region annually with proof of connection to Qvinci. Requests for reimbursement should be sent to Finance@ayso.org
