PlayMetrics National Player Fee (NPF)
Each Region must manually configure the $30 MY2027 National Player Fee (NPF) in PlayMetrics and attach it to every applicable registration package. The training demonstration showed $25; please use $30 for MY2027.
What to do
- Go to Financials > Additional Fees > Club Fees and create the MY2027 National Player Fee.
- In your program’s Additional Fees settings, select the Club Fee.
- Associate it with every applicable registration package. It is not automatically attached to all packages.
- Check your setup before opening registration.
Watch Cohort 1 Session 1 — Core Recreational Registration for the setup walkthrough:

- 45:00: Fees and connecting the Club Fee to registration packages.
Reminder: The demonstration uses $25. Set your MY2027 National Player Fee to $30 per player.
How invoicing and payment work
Invoice timing: The AYSO Office invoices around the 15th of the month following player registration. For example, February registrations are invoiced around March 15. The invoice description identifies the registration month it covers.
Winter pause: No invoices are issued in November, December or January. Registrations from October through January are combined and invoiced around February 15.
Two membership years: If your Region has registrations for two membership years in the same invoicing window, you receive one invoice with separate, clearly labeled line items and player quantities for each membership year.
Automatic payment: Invoices are net 10. Payment is automatically deducted from your Region’s bank account 10 days after the invoice date. An invoice dated March 15 is deducted on March 25.
Autopay is required. Do not send payment through Chase Bill Pay or manual ACH.
