PlayMetrics MY2027 Training Cohort Registration
As part of AYSO's Great Migration to PlayMetrics for Membership Year 2027 (MY2027), Regions will participate in training to prepare for the transition.
Three training cohorts are available. Regions should select their preferred cohort and register using the direct links below.

The PlayMetrics MY2027 training series consists of five sessions covering the following topics:
- Recreational Registration
- Discounts, Financial Aid & Finance Overview
- Competitive Registration (EXTRA/Alliance)
- Volunteer Management
- Duda Websites (Led by AYSO)
How to Register
- Review the training dates and select your preferred cohort.
- Click the registration link for your selected cohort.
- Complete the registration process.
IMPORTANT: Completing the original Google interest form shared during the 2026 National Annual General Meeting (NAGM) does not register your Region for a training cohort. You must register using one of the direct links above.

Small Group Training and Q&A
Need extra help with PlayMetrics setup? Small-group workshops led by AYSO super users offer time to review program setup and ask questions. These workshops supplement the scheduled cohort training.
Each session is limited to 10 attendees, with one representative per Region, so more Regions have an opportunity to participate.
