PlayMetrics — Do Not Import Sports Connect Data

Learning PlayMetrics gives your Region an opportunity to start with current account information. Please do not import historical Sports Connect data into PlayMetrics. AYSO recommends starting fresh because importing historical data can create tangled accounts and incorrect information.

What to do

Allow families to create their PlayMetrics accounts with current information. Keep Sports Connect available for historical lookups rather than importing its records.

Your Region will continue to have access to Sports Connect through September 2027 to look up and verify historical information.

Staying connected with families

You can continue using Sports Connect to message existing families about the transition and direct them to your new PlayMetrics registration.
