Systems

🌐 Vanity Domain Support (AYSO-Managed)

AYSO Regions can take advantage of AYSO-managed vanity domains, where the national office will handle both the cost and ongoing management of your website URL.

What this means:

  • AYSO can pay for and manage your custom domain (e.g., aysoXXX.org or YourCityAYSO.org)
  • Domains are set to auto-renew, preventing expiration or loss of access
  • Management is centralized (no reliance on personal emails or credit cards)

If you already have a domain:

How to get started:

Why this matters:

  • Creates a more professional, easy-to-remember website
  • Ensures long-term continuity as volunteers change
  • Reduces risk of losing your domain due to expired payments

Tip: Use a simple, consistent format like AYSO[Region#].org or CityNameAYSO.org for easy recognition.

📧 Google Workspace Emails for Your Region

AYSO Regions can create a Google Workspace email account (like info@YourRegion.org) to provide a professional and consistent point of contact.

Fall Registration Tip: Promote your info@ email on your website, social media, and flyers so families always have a clear place to reach out.

Get started: Google Workspace for AYSO Regions

What it is:

  • Official ayso email domains for board members (Rc@ayso123.org, treasurer@ayso123.org,..)
  • Access to Google's Suite of Tools (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet)
  • Group Inboxes: Accessible by multiple board members as needed (ex. info@ayso123.org)
  • Owned by the Region and AYSO—not tied to a personal email account

Why it’s important:

  • Keeps communication professional and consistent
  • Ensures continuity when volunteers change roles
  • Makes it easier for families to know who to contact
Email Marketing@ayso.org for questions or training!
