Regions are able to use the Pro features of Canva at no cost.

Before you begin the process of requesting the nonprofit benefits create a free Canva account using the email address associated with your Association Platform profile.

While logged in to your Canva account follow these steps: VIDEO TUTORIAL

1. Go to https://www.canva.com/canva-for-nonprofits/.
2. Click Apply for Canva Nonprofits.
3. Click Get Started
4. For Type of nonprofit choose Registered nonprofit organization.
5. For Organization name or ID, enter AYSO's tax ID number (95-6205398).
   1. Scroll to the bottom and choose "I don't see my nonprofit"
6. Enter your Organization Name (Region XXX City), Region website, IRS, and tax ID (95-6205398).
7. Enter your first and last name, and click submit.
8. Please contact hannahsmith@ayso.org letting us know you have submitted your request.
9. The application will be sent to AYSO and you may receive an email letting you know that the organization will be asked to verify your application.

Canva Request for Nonprofits

Once the request is received, it will be approved by the socialmedia@ayso.org group. The requestor's identity & affiliation with AYSO will be verified through the Affinity Platform.
