Change Head or Assistant Coach

While people can volunteer for a specific head or assistant coach role, sometimes we need to adjust who is actually a given role during team formation. The Division Coordinator (or whoever is assembling the teams) can adjust the role the person is in during team formation.

First, go to the page for editing the team personnel.

Ensure that the volunteer is not assigned to the team. The role cannot be edited while the person is assigned to the team.

Under Available Team Personnel, there will be a pencil next to the role for each person.

Click on that, and it is now possible to change the role.

After changing the role, the volunteer can be reassigned to the team.
