Banking/Chase Bank

The AYSO Office recommends Chase Bank. The office can assist with new accounts, change of signers, and closing accounts.

This process can be done 100% remotely so there is no reason to visit a bank branch. The first three steps are listed below and additional steps will be provided once we receive the requested information below.

Since the profile document includes personal information, we recommend you send back as a secure email (instructions below). To create a secure/encrypted email see the encryption instructions below, be sure the subject includes your Section, Area and Region.

New Accounts

Please ensure all bank signers are listed as board members in our Sports Connect Association Platform. This is how our office validates and contacts Region board members.

  • All signers must complete the New signer profile
  • Email the completed profile form to Finance@ayso.org
    • Please provide the following information in your email
      • Region#
      • Name of all signers
      • Must include email address (as listed in Affinity for Chase to send ID requests and DocuSign to)
      • Cell Phone # (For SMS Verification with DocuSign)
      • Number of accounts to be opened, if more than one.

Existing Chase Customers:

Existing Chase customers do not need to complete a new Signer Profile Application; however, if any of your forms of identification on file with Chase have expired, you will be asked to update your identification.

Please email Finance@ayso.org and include:

  • Region#
  • Email currently associated with a Chase Account
  • Cell phone associated with a Chase Account

Online Banking

  • You can Create your Online Banking Credentials here: Chase Online Banking
  • If you are also a signer on another AYSO Region Chase account, you can link this new account to your current online profile:
    • Navigate to main menu > profile & settings > manage linked account > view accounts > link account.
  • Call  1-800-242-7338, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 12 AM ET, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM – 8 PM ET for assistance.

Adding Signers

Removing Signers

To request the removal of an existing signer, please send an email to Finance@ayso.org including:

  • Name of the Person(s) that need to be removed
  • Account Number(s) affected
  • Region#

Please note: if the account is vested as anything other than American Youth Soccer Organization the account will need to be closed. The Office will open a new account with the current signers and one of the existing signers can transfer the balance and close the account. If you suspect fraud or cannot contact any of the existing signers to make this transition, please contact the Office for support. Finance@ayso.org

Chase Bank Requirements

  • The account name will be American Youth Soccer Organization and cannot include the region name or number.
  • Checks made out to anything other than American Youth Soccer Organization will not be accepted by the bank.
  • We suggest the payor write the region name or number in the memo line.

Encrypted Email

To send an encrypted email from Gmail follow the instructions here. If you have Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, Outlook.com now includes encryption features. For business subscriptions to Outlook or Office 365, download these instructions.

Money Market Accounts

If you would like to earn some interest on excess funds in an approved investment account, Chase can open a Money Market account for your Region, Area or Section. To get more information or to start the paperwork, email Finance@ayso.org and we will make the appropriate introductions.
