Troubleshooting AYSOU Error Message

1. Log on to your Sports Connect account through the Region’s website you are volunteering for.
2. Click on the Volunteer tab and click on the pencil to see the Details.
Notice the missing AYSO admin ID under the volunteer’s name. This is a hint as to why you are receiving this error message.
3. On the Details page, click and save all waivers. After, click Save.
4. Log out of your account, then log back in.
5. Click on the Volunteer tab, view next to your name, and click the AYSOU button.
