Troubleshooting AYSOU Error Message
Please read the following instructions if you are trying to access AYSOU and receive the error message on the left.

1. Log on to your Sports Connect account through the Region’s website that you are volunteering for.
2. Click on the 'Volunteer' tab and click on the pencil icon ✎ to see the 'Details' page.
Notice the missing AYSO admin ID under the volunteer’s name. This is a hint as to why you are receiving this error message.
3. On the 'Details' page, click and save all waivers. After, click 'Save'.
4. Log out of your account, then log back in.
5. Click on the 'Volunteer' tab, view next to your name, and click the 'AYSOU' button.
