Please send all W-9's to AYSO Office via email to finance@ayso.org prior to paying new vendors and independent contractors. Request for the vendor's tax ID to be validated.

Why is it important to Validate a Vendor's Tax ID?
The IRS requires backup tax withholding for all vendors that do not have a valid Tax ID. Let's avoid this extra work by validating the Tax ID upfront.
