Reviewing SafeSport Compliance for Players

There are multiple ways to review SafeSport Compliance for Players 18+ in Association.

Player Lookup

From Association go to Players/Admins>Player Look Up.

Filter on Players whose certificates have been submitted by expanding Additional Filters and using the Certificate Filter By>SafeSport Certificate (Player 18+)

The option to verify the submission of SafeSport certificates will only display for players with a calendar age of 17+. The Get SafeSport Updates button must be manually clicked to retrieve player results, and may require several clicks to receive the results. Note: NON-VERIFIED PLAYERS WILL BE REDLINED ON THE OFFICIAL ROSTER ON THEIR 18TH BIRTHDAY

Alternatively, a Certificate of Completion from SafeSport can be provided to the Registrar or CVPA and be uploaded by clicking the the upload tile. In either scenario, the uploaded certificate or the inserted completion must be validated for the player to be on the team Roster.

Player Dashboard

Player Certificates on Region level dashboard only;​ includes only players with a calendar age of 17+​

SafeSport 18+ Additional Reporting

In Association>Reports>Counts Reports>Player Credentials | Dynamic Certificate Data. This report will also include Birth Certificates.

SafeSport 18+ Team Activation and Official Rosters

SafeSport for players 18 years or older is required. Activation status will update dynamically throughout the Membership Year when a player turns 18 and will update again, once training is successfully completed. Note ST (SafeSport Trained) status on Team Lookup view. NON-VERIFIED PLAYERS WILL BE REDLINED ON THE OFFICIAL ROSTER ON THEIR 18TH BIRTHDAY
