Region Level Dashboard Counts Widgets
As a member of the regional board, upon logging into the Association Platform (E4), you will be taken to the Region Level dashboard.
On the dashboard are the following Counts Widgets: Player Counts, Admin Counts, and Team Counts.
Player Counts Widget
The Players Counts Widget provides a snapshot of Players. Players assigned to a team, players that are pending, players on an activated team, and those that are not on a team.
To view these groups in detail, hover over the number in the widget and choose “View Details”. You will be taken to the Player Lookup screen which will display a full list of players that meet the selected criteria. You can click on the name of the player to see that player’s account.
To view all players, you can choose “View All Players” and be taken to the Player Lookup screen.
Admin Counts Widget
The Admin Counts Widget provides a snapshot of Admins. Admins assigned to a team, admins pending, Admins on an activated team, and those that are not assigned to a team.
To view these groups in detail, hover over the number widget and choose “View Details”. You will be taken to the Admin Lookup screen, which will display a full list of Admins that meet the selected criteria. You can click on the name of the admin to see that admin’s account.
To view all Admins, you can choose "View All Admins" and be taken to the Admin Lookup screen.
Team Counts Widgets
The Team Counts Widget provides a snapshot of teams. Those that are both active and inactive.
To view these groups in more detail, hover over the number widget and choose “View Details”. You will be taken to the Team Lookup screen, which will display a full list of teams that meet the selected criteria. You can click on the name of the team to view and manage that team.
You can also filter these criteria by Play Level and then corresponding Age Groups.
To view all teams, regardless of status, you can choose “View All Teams” and be taken to the Team Lookup screen.
