QuickBooks & Melio (Bill Pay)

It has come to our attention that QuickBooks Online recently teamed up with Melio, a third party payment solution. Unfortunately, Melio has account restrictions in place that will not allow multiple QuickBooks accounts with the same EIN to utilize their payment software. We are looking into the issue and will provide an update as one becomes available.

Many Regions use their bank’s online bill pay option which is a more secure method of processing payment. Payments processed through your bank’s online bill pay will settle to your bank’s transaction register either the same day or the next day. From there, the transaction will sync to QuickBooks allowing you code, add details and attachments.
