Pending Player Not Syncing

If you receive an error that says "Player - was successfully added to TEAM and submitted in AYSO in a PENDING state. PLAYER will need to be approved before being allocated to the official roster. Please contact your governing body or submit a support request via our Support Site or by clicking the link HERE". You may also see that a player is listed as Pending in the Association Platform.

The most likely cause is that the team is in an active state. Follow the instructions at Deactivating Teams. Then follow the instructions to Submit Teams to Association Platform. Afterwards reactivate the team.
