Download Safesport Certificate
From AYSO Wiki
Sometimes the Safesport certificate won't upload automatically to AYSO's systems if it was completed for a different sport (like Softball or Basketball). In these cases, the certificate must be downloaded manually so that it can be uploaded to Sports Connect.
Go to https://safesporttrained.org/ and log in.
Under the menu in the upper right, click on "My Courses"
Click on the SafeSport Trained course:
On the right, you'll find the link for the certificate:
