Welcome to TeamSnap ONE, the new standard in club & league management. From registration to live streaming, TeamSnap ONE has every tool you need to run and grow your organization in ONE powerful platform.

Onboard with TeamSnap ONE

1. AYSO Region submits the sign-up form to get access to their TeamSnap ONE administrative account.

2. Region admin receives email within 24 business hours with the following:

  • A unique link to claim their TeamSnap ONE administrative account (they can add other admins in their “Settings” once they claim their region’s account.
  • Instructions on how to create their own teams and upload their own rosters/schedules in TSOne will be provided as well.
    • Once coaches and parents are added to Teams, they'll get a notification email indicating their team assignment. Once they have downloaded the TeamSnap ONE app and signed in to their account, they'll see their team inside of the mobile app. Here they can access all of their team information, including their schedules and rosters for all teams they’re assigned to.They can mark their availability for any upcoming events and they can communicate via team chat or direct messages in the messages section.
  • If concierge is preferred: Data submission process is outlined - same MOJO data template required for TSOne to launch teams and schedules along with the form to submit data once ready.
    • Region launches within 2-3 business days if data is complete and in correct format.
    • All team members (parents and coaches/TSOne app account holders) receive emails to claim their TSOne app accounts. Each region can submit more data for upload as needed throughout the season using the same data submission form (ex: most regions provide roster data first and then schedules a week or two later).
  • Link to schedule a call to go over the TeamSnap ONE platform.
  • Also providing additional resources like these email templates to send out to their coaches and parents before launch.

3. Post-Launch Support: Region Admins have direct access to Lizeth for post-launch support (and adminhelp@teamsnapone.com) whereas coaches and parents are directed to reach out to TeamSnap One’s support team at support-club@teamsnap.com with any questions regarding their app experience. They can also send a message to our support team within their app.

TeamSnap ONE FAQ's for AYSO Regions

1. What are some benefits of using TeamSnap ONE instead of MOJO (for Admins)?

  • Upload your own rosters and invite team members to access the app
  • Upload your own schedules and edit in bulk
  • Communicate directly with individual teams: you can now view and join the team chat from your Org Portal without having to be a team member in the app) and send push notifications AND emails to individual teams or larger groups. You can now include file attachments in push notifications and emails too.
  • View media uploads taken during games

2. What are some benefits of using TeamSnap ONE instead of MOJO (for Coaches and Parents)?

  • Unified schedules: easily see all upcoming practices and games, and for those with multiple kids in your program, schedules are now consolidated in one place.
  • Next-generation chat functionality including the ability to create custom polls.
  • Live streaming: no one misses a game! Live streaming is free for all teams.

3. Will my coaches still have access to the AYSO Practice Plans? Yes! Coaches can add the AYSO practice plans to their practices in the TeamSnap ONE app as explained in this guide here.

4. Can I upload my own teams in TeamSnap ONE? Yes! Once you’ve been provisioned with your TeamSnap ONE account, you’ll have the ability to upload rosters and schedules yourself (and app invites too)! Please see this guide once you’ve been provisioned with your TeamSnap ONE account.

5. Can your concierge team still upload my teams in TeamSnap ONE (as was done in MOJO)? Yes! Please fill out this form using the same data template you’ve previously used and we’ll launch teams in TeamSnap ONE for you within 2-3 business days.

6. Can I use MOJO instead? Yes, but please be aware that you have just one more season with MOJO so we recommend switching over to TeamSnap ONE sooner rather than later. If you’re still not ready to move over to TeamSnap ONE and would like to use MOJO this season, here’s the MOJO data submission form for us to launch teams on MOJO this last season for you.

7. Can I use TeamSnap ONE Registration? No. AYSO National has a partnership with SportConnect/Playmetrics and you should be using their platform for registration purposes. Please contact AYSO National if you have further questions regarding this.
