Otherwise known as Certificate of Good Standing.

Confirmation that AYSO (non-profit group) is registered with California Secretary of State and maintains an active status as of the date of the application.

Use this link -> Search | California Secretary of State -

• At the bottom for Search by name or file number -> Enter “American Youth Soccer Organization”
• Click the blue magnifying class to submit

• Click on the blue box for American Youth Soccer Organization
  • After clicking, on the right side of screen will reflect the status
