Uploading a Birth Certificate

1. Log into your Sports Connect Account
2. Look under "Participants" to find the player
3. Click on the pencil to the right of the player’s name to access the player’s profile
4. Click on the plus sign next to Birth Certificate under Player Information
If you are an account holder attempting to upload a birth certificate for your player you may want to reach out to your AYSO region for assistance or if you have any questions.
