What is AYSO Adult Soccer?

AYSO Adult Soccer provides opportunities for adults to continue playing the game in a safe, fun, and community-based environment.

AYSO Adult Soccer is a separate non-profit organization that encourages adults to get out, get fit, and enjoy soccer with their AYSO community.

The program is open to adults of all experience and skill levels.

Adult Soccer extends the AYSO experience beyond youth participation, allowing parents, volunteers, alumni, and community members to stay connected through soccer.

Player Eligibility

Adult Soccer is open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement.

Players must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Complete AYSO Adult Soccer registration requirements
Follow local program rules and expectations

Adults may not play soccer in the AYSO youth program.

Program Structure

Adult Soccer programs are locally operated and designed to be flexible.
