We recently made improvements to the bulk email tool! Check out what we've been working on to make communication even easier for your volunteers and members:

  • Draft Emails: You can now save your email as a draft, allowing you the flexibility to leave and come back to the message you were working on. Find your email drafts at the top of the Bulk Email page! Learn More
  • Bulk Email Auto-Save: The new auto-save feature saves your email every 30 seconds, giving you peace of mind that you won't lose your message. Learn More
  • Email Subscription Management: Say goodbye to re-subscribing members when they accidentally unsubscribe from your emails! Parents/guardians can now manage their own email subscription status within the "Email Settings" section of their "My Account" page. Learn More
  • Edit Registration Confirmation Club Contact: You can now edit the email address that receives registration confirmation messages! Previously, this defaulted to the lead admin on your account. Now, you can edit the recipient as needed within Registration Settings. Learn More

RELEASED

1)     Mobile registration – Drop-down arrow next to program name difficult to see – and tapping program name only results in program description – not a way to register. Fix –  tapping program name  displays the Select window

2)     News item posted to team’s page can only be deleted at Portal level – would remain on the team’s page. Fix – Bulk Delete News

3)     Tryout Acceptance enhancements – cleaned up the flow for accepting or declining a roster spot.

4)     Registering Volunteers confused about need to upload certificates.  Fix – Registration Notes can be added to explain the certs are not required to register.

5)     Default Waitlist Activation email cannot be edited – requires manual edit on EVERY activation.  Fix – Email can be edited in setup Step 6 (Notes) .  Edits are carried over to next season when using Copy/Clone.  Individual edits are still available.

6)     Reply to system emails goes to unmonitored postmaster@bluesombrero.  Fix – auto-reply warning that their email did not go through as intended – reference original email for contact.


COMING SOON

7)     Team Central Calendar (Game Schedule) on mobile – tap game to see details

8)     When adding a hyperlink, default was http:// - updated to https://

9)     Stale additional account holder invitations. Fix – Add Sent/Accepted date to invite.

10)  Bulk email – Reply To defaults to Admin account.  Fix – Reply To is now a required field (with a check box to use default.

11)  During program setup, the program name is not displayed in steps 3-6. Fix – program name displays on all steps.


COMING Q4

12)  Waitlist Activation does not point to Order Payment Page. – Fix adds link.


IN ANALYSIS

13)  Admins don’t know when changes (like these) are rolled out.  Fix – New “What’s New” button on Admin Dashboard.
