Removing a Volunteer from the Association Platform

Do you have a volunteer that signed up, but was not accepted or is not active? Does this volunteer clutter up your compliance widget?
You are able to remove the volunteer application in the Association Platform. See Unregistering as a Volunteer or Unregistering a Volunteer as an Admin to remove a volunteer application in Sports Connect.
The volunteer must not be assigned to any teams in order to have their application cancelled.
- Find the Volunteer/Admin and pull up their Admin Details
- Choose the Applications tab
- Click the Cancel button next to the application you'd like to remove
- Click OK in the confirmation dialog box
The volunteer will no longer show in the Compliance Widget or your reporting.
