Association Platform Recommended Security Access for AYSO Positions

Use this helpful guide to determine what level of access for each role in your organization.
Helpful Hints:
• To access the Association Platform, users will require a user profile, an approved background check, and a username and password.
• Each user in the system is assigned to a specific pre-defined security role.
• System access and user capabilities are based on your role in the organization.
• When setting up security roles for users; these should be set at the corresponding level for that user. For example, Area Directors should be set up at the area level.
Available Levels of Access
