• note: (Optional) Custom follow-on text below the action buttons. Defaults to: Can't find a topic? Send suggestions to support@ayso.org, or see the Support page for other ways of getting help.
• category: (Optional) Defaults to yes to add Category:HasFooter. Pass no to suppress category tagging.
