HTML Email Template Generator

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a email template in an external site, download the HTML code, and upload to Stack/Sports Connect as a saved template for future use!

1. Create a free account with BeeFree to start creating email templates - https://beefree.io/app/login
2. BeeFree 3 minute tutorial on how to create a basic template from scratch - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-r7MIZK1Jo
3. Once you have created your email, download html document only. The document will not carry over the photos- you will have to go into SSC to upload the images. Note: Downloading the html document and images folder will use 2 of your 6 free monthly credits through BeeFree.
4. Upload the downloaded BeeFree HTML document - https://wordtohtml.net/
5. Copy html code to your clipboard and place in the SSC email system --> click over from design to html and paste the code.
6. Add your photos to the template.
7. Save the template in SSC for future use!

Tips & best practices:

• Copy and paste HTML code to SSC directly from wordtohtml.net
• Have the AYSO Brand Guide (Pg. 3 Colors, Fonts) available to copy the hex color code into BeeFree
• Have your email contents prewritten and ready to paste into BeeFree/Sports Connect
• Host your contents and images in a folder to upload as a single unit
