Changing a Player's Date of Birth

1. Locate the player in E4 under Player Lookup.
2. If the player already has a verified Birth Certificate, unclick the box to cancel verification.
3. Correct the Date of Birth in E4
4. Click on Update at the bottom of the page
5. Check the box to verify the birth certificate if applicable
