REMOVE NPF OPEN BALANCE - PLAYER DID NOT PLAY


If you have parents who were put on a waitlist in a prior season and did not accept the position, and you canceled the order, there may be an outstanding NPF of $20.00 showing as an open balance due.


When they register for MY22 or any new Membership Year, they will be charged this amount in addition to the current year's fees, including the NPF for MY22.


To clean these up, you must do the following:

  • Create a list of open orders to be corrected
  • Email the list to [aysosupport@stacksports.com]
  • Use REMOVE NPF in the subject line so they are routed correctly and resolved quickly.
