Banking/Chase Bank

The AYSO Office recommends Chase Bank. The office can assist with new accounts, change of singers, and closing accounts.

New Accounts and Change of Signers

1. All bank signers should complete the New Account Profile and send the form directly to our banker at Chase Bank. Contact Finance@ayso.org for our Chase banker's email address.
   1. Be to include email address and region at the bottom of the form
2. Region board must be set up in Association Platform (Affinity), reflecting the signers
3. AYSO office will set up appointment with Chase to make the changes
4. One the account is opened, AYSO office will reach out to provide the account number and preauthorization expiration date.
5. All signers must visit their local Chase bank before the preauthorization expiration date.
6. Signers must provide Photo ID/Driver’s license
7. Signers will be asked to sign the signature card and will be given online banking access at that time.

Chase Bank Requirements

The account name will be American Youth Soccer Organization and cannot include the region name or number. Checks made out to anything other than American Youth Soccer Organization will not be accepted by the bank. We suggest the payor write the region name or number in the memo line.
