Some regions pay for their volunteers’ background checks. To activate this, there was a button in the Region’s Sports Connect Portal. This button is temporarily disabled. To work around this please complete the steps below and then contact Sports Connect to confirm configuration set up.
Only Administrators (Regional Commissioner’s, Section Director’s, Area Director’s) can complete the Sterling Talent Solution Form.

Click the above link, complete the form and submit to Accounts.Receivable@sterlingts.com.
Use this form if you need to do any of the following:
- Change in administrators (Regional Commissioner’s, Section Director’s, Area Director’s).
- Update email address for the primary recipient of the bill/invoice
- Update the bank account
- Activate auto payment
After the above form is sent to Sterling, contact Sports Connect Support to confirm configuration set up. The button to do automate this in the region portal is temporarily disabled.

If you would like more than one person to receive the invoice via email, separate email addresses by a semicolon. Example:
billjoe@gmail.com; johnsmith@yahoo.com
