==Requirements==
To have your Google Workspace account set up, you must meet the following requirements:
*The Office must manage your domain (you can transfer it if needed, [[Transfer your domain to the AYSO office]])
*Your domain must contain AYSO
*You must be new to Google Workspace – if you are already using Google Workspace, we are not currently able to migrate/transfer existing Workspace accounts without extensive work. In the future this may be an option.

==What to Expect==
After the request form has been submitted the Google Workspace team will evaluate and verify information and respond to the volunteer. If everything is in order the Google Workspace team will add the SAR to the Google Workspace account and create the SAR User Admin account for the requester. The Google Workspace team will communicate the user credentials and documentation to the SAR User Admin. We’ll provide assistance with creating a new user if needed.

It is recommended that SARs create role based user accounts instead of named accounts. Accounts that use a role for a username will be easier to reassign or transfer to a new person in the future.
